What is an AI workspace for companies?
It is a tool where your whole team uses AI under your company rules. Instead of everyone using a private ChatGPT account, you work in one shared space: you ask questions about your company documents, share assistants, and whoever is in charge sees who uses it and what it costs. Verselo processes chats and documents in the EU.
Is Verselo GDPR compliant?
It is built for that. Chats and documents are processed in the EU, we do not train models with your data and every client signs a data processing agreement. With web search, the search terms go to Google, and payments run through Stripe. A lawyer reviews the legal texts and the provider list before launch.
Does this make us compliant with Article 4 of the AI Act?
Our workshop on using AI safely at work helps you with that obligation. Article 4 asks that staff who use AI have sufficient AI literacy. The workshop is not part of the plan, and founders get it at the founder price. This is not legal advice: what else your company needs depends on how you use AI.
How much does it cost?

When does it launch?
We are finishing the platform and setting up the company. We will not give a date until it is certain. People on the waitlist hear first and can take a founder seat before we announce it publicly.
Can I try it first?
Yes. At launch you try it free with a company email address, once per company. After that it is monthly and you can cancel any time. Gmail, Hotmail and similar addresses get no trial.
Can the AI get things wrong?
Yes. That is why every answer about your documents comes with its source, so you can check the passage. AI speeds up the work, it does not replace your team's judgement. A person reviews what matters.
