Verselo Systems SL is in formation. Once it is entered in the Spanish Commercial Register, the waitlist, the AI checks and the partner applications pass to Verselo Systems SL, which is the controller from then on. We will tell you by email, and you can unsubscribe at that point.

Waitlist

What data. Your email address. After you confirm, and only if you want: company, company size, industry, role and whether your team already uses ChatGPT or another AI.

What for. To manage your sign-up, tell you about the launch and the founder offer, send you a weekly email with practical AI for teams and where the platform stands, and tailor it to your company. That email contains no ads and no third party offers. We make no automated decisions with legal effects on you.

Legal basis. Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you confirm through a double opt-in: we send you an email and you are only on the list once you click the link. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or, at most, 12 months after launch if you do not become a client. After that we delete your data.

AI check

What data. Your name and your email address, your answers to the 10 questions, the score that comes from them and, if you arrive through a link with a source (for example ref=meta), that source. If you tick the waitlist box, we also store that you ticked it and when you confirm.

What for. To show you the result and send you your personal analysis by email. We store the check as a file on our server and receive it by internal email to prepare the analysis.

Analysis with AI. The draft of the analysis is written by Claude, the AI model from Anthropic. For this it receives your first name, the size of your company, your answers and the score, but not your email address. Vishal or Ainoa review every draft in an internal Telegram chat and approve it, correct it or discard it before it reaches you. That chat shows your name, your email address, your answers and the draft. We make no automated decisions: a person always reviews the analysis.

Legal basis. For the analysis you request, the performance of your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For the waitlist and its weekly email, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) with a double opt-in: only when you click the confirmation link do we add you to the waitlist (with language and confirmation time, for the purposes under "Waitlist") and to the check list in Brevo (with your first name, score, company size and source). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to [email protected].

How long. We keep the check and the analysis for 12 months and then delete them, unless you become a client. If you confirm the waitlist, you stay on both lists until you unsubscribe, with the periods under "Waitlist".

Partner applications

What data. The data from the partner form: name, company, type of company, town, approximate number of business clients, website, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.

What for and legal basis. To assess your application and talk with you about a possible collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps at your request).

How long. If we do not work together, we delete the application after 6 months.

Server logs

When you visit the website, the server briefly stores the IP address, date and time, the page visited and the browser, for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted after a short time.

Recipients

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which sends the emails and stores the list as a processor. The data is processed in the European Union.
• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany, data centres in Germany or Finland), which hosts this website and stores the checks, as a processor.
• Anthropic, PBC (USA), which writes the draft of the check analysis with Claude, as a processor. This is an international data transfer and relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
• Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), where we approve every analysis before sending it. Only Vishal and Ainoa see the chat.
• Verselo Systems SL, after its registration, as described above.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to [email protected]. You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es) or the authority where you live or work.
